Important Information on Ticket Purchas
Please read carefully, and proceed with your ticket purchase only if you agree to the terms and conditions.
Ticket Information
- Before purchasing tickets, please be sure to check the important notices on the official website.
- Admission will be by electronic ticket only. Please make sure to bring a smartphone capable of displaying your electronic ticket upon entry.
- Each ticket is valid for one person only.
- Children under elementary school age (under 6 years old) may enter free of charge when accompanied by one guardian per child. Children of elementary school age and above require their own ticket.
- The resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued.
- The festival will take place rain or shine. Tickets will not be refunded except in the case of cancellation prior to the event due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g., typhoon, lightning, earthquake). In the event of cancellation prior to the festival, refunds will be issued.
- As this is a festival, performing artists are subject to change or cancellation. Please note that no refunds will be made in such cases.
- Performance dates and stages of artists are subject to change.
UNDER 18 Ticket Information
- The UNDER 18 Ticket is available for guests aged 18 and under.
- Upon entry, you will be asked to present a valid ID (such as a student ID, health insurance card, or driver’s license) to verify your age.
- Please note that if you fail to present valid identification, you may be required to pay the difference for a general ticket.
Venue Information
- Please make sure to separate and dispose of garbage in the designated trash bins inside the venue.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own belongings.
- Diving, moshing, and similar dangerous activities are strictly prohibited. The organizers, venue, and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents, or injuries caused by such acts. The organizers will make every effort to prevent these actions.
- The venue is a public space visited by many tourists and local guests. Anyone engaging in disruptive behavior or failing to follow staff instructions inside or outside the venue will be removed from the premises without a ticket refund.
- The organizers, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or similar incidents occurring inside or outside the venue.
- Photography or recording of performing artists with camera phones or digital cameras is strictly prohibited. Professional photography equipment is not allowed inside the venue.
- Guests are responsible for managing their own belongings.
- Please refrain from damaging the lawns, greenery, or natural plantings near the venue, from sitting and drinking in groups, dancing, or engaging in disruptive activities outside the venue. Diving into the sea is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.
- Illegal parking or any behavior that disturbs nearby facilities or residents is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Please smoke only in designated areas and observe proper manners. Smoking outside the venue is also restricted to designated areas.
- Staying overnight around the venue is strictly prohibited.
