Formed in 2001 by a group of musicians who met at a club event in Tokyo.
The group’s main focus is on live performances, and while their music has a cool atmosphere with solid musicianship, it is also rough, entertaining, and on the verge of bursting with explosive jazz music.
In 2005, they won the “John Peel Play More Jazz Award” at the “WorldWide Awards 2005” hosted by BBC Radio 1 in the UK. Since then, he has released albums overseas, performed at many big festivals such as Glastonbury, the world’s largest festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, and North Sea Jazz Festival, and has performed in 31 countries so far. They have performed in 31 countries to date, and continue to perform worldwide.
In June 2022, they will release their first full-length original album in two and a half years, “Lost in Tokyo.
In 2023, they will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their current formation.
