Bree is a young American artist, currently splitting her time between painting in Southern California & the North Shore of Oahu. “The ocean to me became my constant friend at a young age. She is always reminding me that strength can come in many forms; from grace to fury, and from peace to mystery. With her as my teacher, I have studied the ocean’s textures, colors, and representations from around the world. I am still young in my artistry and will keep evolving as I enjoy creating according to my current life experiences, travels, and relationships with others. I feel obligated to challenge myself in my art, and to let the art ebb and flow naturally as I move with it. For those that have dug their toes in the sand and watched the oceanʼs beauty and power, know the peace it can bring to oneʼs soul. I want to evoke that same emotion from those that view my artwork as I play with the aerial perspective of the ocean and coastlines.
