Painter, filmmaker, photographer, illustrator. Born in Tokyo and living in Byron Bay, Australia.
He primarily creates abstract paintings and murals in an improvised, primitive, and energetic manner.
Winner of the Byron Bay Surf Festival 2014 Film Contest. Since then, he has continued to film documentaries about surfing, art, activists around Byron Bay, and corporate branding. In 2023, he released the surf movie “RIDING THE WIND” which documenting the lives of local surfers over a three-year period whose activities were restricted due to the pandemic. In the same year, he held his first solo exhibition. “Primitive” at “MDP Gallery Kamakura”.
